What we do.
At LeadHer to Purpose, we exist to fill the gaps too many families know too well — the spaces where confidence, healing, and belonging should live. Across our communities, caregivers are carrying immense weight while raising girls in systems never designed for their success. We see them. We honor them. And we stand beside them with the culturally grounded tools, community, and support they deserve.
Our programs, Bloom Academy and Rooted & Rising, were created to help caregivers and girls heal together, build emotional resilience, and grow into the confident leaders our world needs.
Through healing-centered workshops, intergenerational cohorts, and community partnerships, we are transforming how families experience wellness and leadership. The impact is generational: caregivers rediscover their strength, girls rise with self-worth and voice, and communities begin to flourish from the inside out. When we strengthen the root — the caregiver — the whole tree thrives. That’s how we’re changing the world, one family, one village, and one legacy at a time.

Step number 1:
Connect & LearnWe start by listening, understanding your school or organization’s goals, challenges, and the girls you serve. This helps us tailor every experience to your community’s unique needs.

Co-Design the ExperienceTogether, we select the right program or workshop series from Bloom Academy to Roots & Rising and customize the schedule, focus areas, and facilitators.
Step number 3:
Facilitate & EngageOur team leads interactive, culturally grounded sessions that center identity, healing, and leadership, creating safe spaces for girls to grow in confidence and purpose.

Our Story
LeadHer to Purpose exists to strengthen the roots that sustain our families and nurture the branches that shape our future. We believe that when caregivers are equipped to lead with love, healing, and strength, the girls in their care thrive and entire communities rise with them.Founded in 2024, LeadHer to Purpose was born from a vision to reimagine what support looks like for girls and the adults guiding them. Across the country, especially in BIPOC communities, caregivers often carry the invisible weight of nurturing the next generation while healing from their own stories. We see them. We stand with them. And we create spaces that affirm their power.Our organization bridges the gap between empowerment and healing by offering culturally grounded, non-clinical programs designed for both caregivers and girls. Through experiences like Bloom Academy and Roots & Rising, we create opportunities for families to grow together and individually—centering identity, emotional wellness, communication, and legacy-building.LeadHer to Purpose is more than an initiative; it’s a village in motion. From schools and community centers to faith-based spaces, we partner with families and organizations to cultivate belonging, confidence, and intergenerational leadership.Because when the root is strong, the whole tree flourishes.
Our Programs
Rooted & Rising Program
Rooted & Rising Program: is a healing and empowerment experience that brings caregivers and girls (ages 11–18) together to heal, grow, and rise side by side.Through quarterly workshops and a 10-month intergenerational cohort, participants will journey through our four pillars of transformation: Rooted in Our Story, Nourishing Ourselves, Speaking Life Into Us, and Building Our Legacy. Each gathering is designed to nurture identity, strengthen connection, and build the confidence needed to lead and love boldly across generations.Caregivers will also find space to pour back into themselves through the LeadHer Circle—quarterly meetups centered on healing, leadership, and village connection. Because when caregivers are restored, girls thrive.Every journey will culminate in a Crowning Ceremony, honoring each participant’s growth, voice, and legacy.Through Rooted & Rising, families will:
Strengthen emotional well-being and develop tools to manage stress
Grow in confidence, self-advocacy, and boundary setting
Deepen communication and trust between caregivers and girls
Build cultural pride and connection to mental wellness practices
Stay connected through an ongoing community of care and celebration
Rooted & Rising reminds us that healing is not a solo act—it’s a shared journey. When caregivers are equipped and daughters are affirmed, cycles break, confidence blooms, and new legacies are born.
Bloom Academy
Bloom Academy is a leadership and identity development program that nurtures confidence, cultural pride, and self-love in girls from grades 4–12. Through mentorship, creative expression, and a strong sense of community, girls learn to lead with purpose, heal through connection, and rise as world changers within their schools, homes, and communities.Rooted in our four pillars — Rooted in My Story, Nourishing Myself, Speaking Life Into Us, and Building My Legacy — each session helps girls explore who they are, care for their emotional well-being, use their voices with confidence, and step into leadership with courage and vision.Bloom Academy isn’t just about self-esteem; it’s about transformation. Girls leave grounded in identity, resilient in spirit, and ready to create impact in their world.Through Bloom Academy, girls have:
Increased self-awareness and pride in their personal and cultural stories
Strengthened emotional regulation and self-care practices
Grown in confidence, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Set and achieved personal or community leadership goals
Experienced a deeper sense of belonging and purpose
Bloom Academy ensures that every girl leaves grounded in who she is, confident in how she shows up, and equipped to lead change in her world — rooted in story, nourished by wellness, strengthened by community, and committed to building legacy.
